Refer a Friend

The present provisions constitute the general terms and conditions of recommending a candidate to Finsiders:

  • The Referrer is only eligible for a referral fee if it concerns a permanent recruitment of potential candidates for an indefinite period ("The Nominated Candidate"). 
  • The nominated candidate can be a friend, acquaintance or family member. The recommender is not allowed to recommend candidates he does not know.
  • The referrer is eligible for a referral fee in the form of a €500 voucher.
  • The referral fee is awarded to the referrer if the proposed candidate remains employed for at least 6 months. After the 6-month period, this referral fee will be paid out. 
  • No referral fee will be provided if a proposed candidate is hired but does not complete the first six months of permanent employment (completely).  
  • To the extent applicable, the tax associated with the referral fee is paid by the referrer (through withholding). 
  • If Finsiders is unable to provide the designated referral fee, an alternative gift of equal value will be provided subject to the same terms and conditions.
  • The referral fee is not a permanently acquired right. It is possible to receive a referral fee several times for multiple candidates.
  • The nominated person is not eligible for the referral fee if the nominated person was already registered as an active candidate in our database on the date of nomination, or in the 12 months prior to the date of nomination, or if the HR department has already received the nominated person's details, but has not yet entered them into its database.
  • A candidate may only be presented to our HR department once. If a candidate is referred to our HR department by more than one referrer, only the person who first submitted this candidate to our HR department will be eligible for the referral in accordance with this program.
  • The nominated person must have been informed and given permission for the provision of his data to Finsiders. 
  • The referrer accepts that Finsiders is not liable for any losses or claims resulting from the use of the referral fee. 
  • Finsiders reserves the right to change or terminate the terms and conditions of Referring Friend(s), or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
  • In the event of a dispute about these general terms and conditions, the rules of this program, the course of action, the results and all other matters concerning this program, Finsiders' decision will be decisive and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  • Finsiders takes no responsibility for paying any taxes or other costs arising from the provision of this Referral Fee. This responsibility lies entirely with the Provider.
  • These general terms and conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them are governed by Belgian law and the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

Refer a lead

The present provisions constitute the general terms and conditions of recommending a candidate to Finsiders:

  • The Referrer is only eligible for a referral fee if it concerns a project that is acquired by Finsiders (“The nominated project”). 
  • The contributor is not allowed to recommend projects / leads that he does not know.
  • The referrer is eligible for a referral fee in the form of a net amount of €500.
  • The referral fee is awarded to the referrer if this effectively leads to a signed collaboration between the customer and Finsiders.
  • No referral fee will be provided if the proposed lead does not lead to effective collaboration on this project.
  • To the extent applicable, the tax associated with the referral fee is paid by the referrer (through withholding). 
  • If Finsiders is unable to provide the designated referral fee, an alternative gift of equal value will be provided subject to the same terms and conditions.
  • The referral fee is not a permanently acquired right. It is possible to receive a referral fee several times for multiple projects.
  • The referrer is not eligible for the referral fee if the proposed project was already registered as a project in our database on the date of nomination, or in the 12 months prior to the date of nomination, or if the commercial department has already received the customer and project data, but has not yet entered them into its database.
  • A project may only be submitted to our commercial department once. If a project is submitted to our commercial department by more than one referrer, only the person who first submitted the project to our commercial department will be eligible for referral under this program.
  • The contact person responsible for the project must have been informed and given permission for his or her data to be provided to Finsiders. 
  • The referrer accepts that Finsiders is not liable for any losses or claims resulting from the use of the referral fee. 
  • Finsiders reserves the right to change or terminate the terms and conditions of recommending projects/leads, or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.
